Applications must be downloaded from this website and returned by one of the following methods.
- Digitally sign and email a copy of the file to Max@lovemytownhouse.com. Please save the file under your name before you return it to us.
- Scan and email the file back to: Max@lovemytownhouse.com
- Ville du Parc Townhouse properties are not income-restricted.
- Ville du Parc, llc does not accept Section 8 applications.
- Ville du Parc, llc does not accept third-party rental payments.
The application fee is $35.00 for each person who will be financially responsible. If you are requesting Waiting list placement then please do not send the Application fee until we request it. Personal checks can be mailed to our State College address. We prefer electronic payments. We accept both PopMoney and ClearXchange. Please call for the correct payment information.
*Application fee is non-refundable and is required to process a background check.
